Gauge: 9 sc rows = 2 inches, 7 sc = 2 inches Gauge is not neccesary for this pattern because scarves come in so many widths. You can determine the length and width of your scarf. Your scarf can be made shorter or longer depending on your preference. To Get started chain 15 (more or less depending on what you want your scarf width to be). Row 1: SC in second chain from hook and and each one of the next 13 chains. (ch 1 to turn – 14 single crochet) Row 2: SC in each sc across, ch 1 to turn (14 sc) Additional Rows: Keep repeating Row 2 until you achieve your desired length of the scarf. For the very last row: SC in each of the sc across, do not chain 1 at the end because you do not need to turn. End: Leave a length of yarn to weave in and secure the ends. Cut the yarn and pull it through the final loop left on your hook. Weave in your ends and cut
