How Do You Create Thoughtful, Inexpensive Gifts-Just In Time For Christmas?
ANOTHER GIFT CARD? Looking for a more interesting and creative way to express your love with your next gift? Expressions of your love do not have to be expensive. I’ve had the same girlfriends for over ten years and you can only get them a gift card or chocolates for so long! Here are some different gift ideas I’ve used. These gifts are much appreciated by my family and friends because they reflect my love in a creative and genuine manner. Make a PHOTO COLLAGE of various memories and frame it. Add some SCRAPBOOK accents. You can usually get prints inexpensively with on-line sites such as Snapfish or Shutterfly. Frames can be found at dollar stores. Purchase those cute piggy banks or ceramic figurines (again 99 cent stores have a good selection) and PERSONALIZE it with acrylic paint. Practice your font on a sheet of paper or look up fonts on your computer or on-line. A cool tip is to use clear nail polish as a lacquer clear coat once the paint has dried.
