Microsoft Word offers users a variety of brochure templates that can be downloaded for free. Once you download a template, you can add text, insert digital images and design a custom brochure to fit your needs. Go to Start, click All Programs and open Microsoft Office Word. Click on the round Microsoft Office button and select New. A list of template options will appear in a new window. Click on the Brochures link and scroll through the catalog of brochure templates. Highlight your desired template and click the Download button. When downloading is complete, the brochure will be inserted into a new document.
