How Do You Create & Print Coupons?
Offering coupons to your customers can be an effective promotional tool for boosting business. It’s easy to create and print coupons for your business for minimal cost by using your own computer and printer. Open a blank document in your word processing program. Go to “File” and click “Page Setup.” Change the size to 3 by 2 inches, then click “OK.” Type the coupon details on the page. Make the amount of the discount stand out in large, bold font. Add a note at the bottom of the coupon explaining the details of the discount. Include eligible products, and the date the coupon expires. Add clip art or a small photo of the sale item. Go to “Insert,” select “Picture” and choose “Clip Art” or “From File.” Print the coupons on light card stock, or colored paper. Cut the coupons out and distribute them to your customers.
