How Do You Create Ornaments From Bread Sculpting Dough?

Once dry, they are long-lasting and make great presents if handled with the same amount of care you would give to any pottery piece. Crumble all of the bread into small chunks. Add the glue. Mix the bread and glue immediately until it forms the consistency of thick dough. If it is too dry or sticky, add a little water. Add food coloring if you like. Work like clay, but don’t crumble it or handle it for too long. Form into stars, sleds,bells, or other holiday shapes. Wait until the ornaments are dry,which usually takes about an hour. If you did not add food coloring, paint with tempura paints, or sprinkle with colored glitter glue.
