If you want to make your next mass mailing a breeze, use a simple program like Microsoft Works to create and print your labels. Make sure the database you use to create your labels is up to date. The only way you can print multiple labels with different information is to merge information in your database with the Works label function. Open Works, then open a new document. Click Labels on the Tools menu. Select the Labels option to create labels with different information on each label. Click on the Label Size tab to choose the size of your label. Click on the Database tab to indicate which database you will be using to create your labels. Click on the Recipients tab to choose the database records you want to use.
