One of the most convenient Access features for many a user is automatically printing mailing labels from your database. The labels are really just a kind of report. These instructions apply to MS Access 97. Open the Database window. Click on the Reports tab. Click New. A dialog box appears. Click Label Wizard. Locate the table or query that is to be used for the labels. Click OK. Follow the wizard’s instructions to select the fields and formatting used in the labels. Print your labels when you are satisfied with the result.
