Placing links on a page is one of the most fundamental tasks any Web designer can master. Learn how to create hyperlinks in Adobe Dreamweaver CS3. Start Dreamweaver. Open the Web page on which the links will be placed. Use the cursor to highlight the text that will serve as a link. Go to the Properties Inspector at the bottom of the screen.
