How Do You Create Email Party Invitations?
Email party invitations are a great way to help the environment, plus you save money on stamps, paper invitations and envelopes. You also avoid the hassle of RSVPs getting lost via snail mail. You don’t need to worry that your invitations will be boring, most current email programs support HTML formatting and embedded graphics so you can design a fancy invitation. Open your email program and compose a new message. Type in your greeting, location, time, RSVP information and any other text you want to include on your invitation. Stylize your text with your email program’s built in formatting controls. Make the most important information bold and/or put it in a different color so it catches the reader’s attention. Click the spot in your email where you want to embed your graphics and drag the graphic file (.jpg or .gif) from your hard drive over to the message window. Repeat as needed until you have all your graphics in place. Type in the email addresses of your list of recipients and hit
