Windows Mail, the email platform that Microsoft has included with its operating systems since the release of Vista, allows users to manage multiple email addresses. If you use Windows Mail and would like to have all emails sent to a specific email address forwarded to your Windows Mail account, you simply need to create an email alias. Open Windows Mail and click on the “Tools” command. Click on “Accounts” from the drop-down menu that appears. Select your account name by clicking on it, and then select “Properties.” Click on the tab labeled “General.” Type the alias email address you want to use into the address box, click “OK” and then click “Close” to finish.
