Instead of buying impersonal cards from the store, use your home computer and printer to design your own Valentine cards this year. Woo your lover, show your friends that you care or let your children know how much you love them by creating personalized cards just for them. Decorate the cards with favorite clip art or photos and add titles, poems or phrases in any font you like. Open any word processing software. Microsoft Word and Microsoft Works word processor both work well. Click on “File” at the top of the page and choose “New.” Select a blank word processor document by double clicking the icon.
