PowerPoint is a great tool when it is used correctly; however, it can also work against you if you are not careful. Following these steps will provide the guidance for creating an outstanding PowerPoint presentation. State your conclusion at the beginning of the presentation, do not wait until the end or else you may never get to it. Use the rest of your time to support your conclusion. Use as few words as possible on your slides. Never use more than 3 sentences per slide and never use more than 6 words per sentence.
