How Do You Create An Office Pool For A Golf Major Championship?
Whether the Masters, U.S. Open, Open Championship, or PGA Championship, this article presents an easy to use system for organizing an office pool for any of the four major championship tournaments. If you are interested in running an office pool for a major tournament/championship, begin well in advance of the tournament by advertising your future pool and obtaining enough interest among colleagues to make the pool worthwhile. About one week before the tournament, check the official tournament website (can be found by typing the tournament name into a search engine) for names of individuals participating in the tournament (the field). Copy and paste all of the names from the website into a word processing document or a spreadsheet. Enlarge all of the names of the golfers in the document or spreadsheet and print out two copies of the document.
