GeoCities lets you create your own free Web site using the HTML editor. Here’s how to do it. Sign in to the GeoCities Web site. You must have a Yahoo! account to use GeoCities. Type in your username and password and log in to GeoCities. Answer the questions on the login page, type in the code at the bottom of the screen and press the “Submit” button. Click on the “Create and Update” tab at the top of your screen. Click on the “Yahoo! PageBuilder” link. Click “Launch PageBuilder.” Insert text, pictures and links on your page by pressing the corresponding buttons at the top of your browser in the PageBuilder window. Click on the “Add On” button to add characteristics to your Web site such as background, headlines, interactive links and other Web site elements. Go through the list of options in the “Add On” box.
