Here’s a great way to create automatic playlists in iTunes with just a few simple clicks. Easily create playlists based on whatever credentials you want by using iTunes built in Smart Playlist feature. Open up iTunes and click on the “File” button at the top menu and select “New Smart Playlist” to create an automatic playlist with just a few, quick easy steps. Then decide what you want the playlist to contain. I like to listen to all of my highest rated music, so I set up the automatic playlist to include all songs with a rating of greater than 4 stars. You can also create playlists based on genre of music, when it was last played, or even play count. Then select if you want to limit the automatic playlist to be a certain length or size or if it should continue to update automatically (select “Live Updating”) Finally name your automatic playlist and enjoy listening to your great music!
