How Do You Create A Smoky Eye?
One of the easiest ways to take your look from day to night is to add a smoky eye. It’s a classic look that makes the eyes pop, and it’s very easy to do. Apply the lightest shade of shadow all over the lid with the medium shadow brush. Shimmer adds depth the lightest shade of shadow and also highlights the brow bone. With the small shadow brush, apply the medium color from the lash line to slightly above the crease, blending as you go. With your finger, blend the line between the two colors. Now apply the darkest shadow along the lash line and blend. There should be a smooth transition of color with the darkest concentration of color at the lashes and fading to the lightest shade at the brow line. Again, use your finger to blend. Line the upper and lower lashes and smudge the line with your finger. For more drama, line the inside of the upper and lower lash lines. Finish with two coats of mascara.
