Microsoft PowerPoint is a great tool to use when creating a slide show. You can create any kind of slide show you wish, whether it be for a presentation, demonstration or just a picture slide show. This is a fairly easy task. Open Microsoft PowerPoint by going to the “Start” menu and selecting “Microsoft Office” and then selecting “Microsoft Office PowerPoint.” This will open up the program and slide one will automatically populate on your screen. Here is where you can put in the information for your slide show. If you want to insert pictures, you can open them from files on your computer or scan them in. You can do this by going to the “Insert” option on the top tool bar and choosing the “Picture” option. You can choose the “From File” option from here to insert pictures that have been saved on your computer or are on a removable disc.
