This guide will teach how to create a Potential Rune in the MMORPG title Runes of Magic, for the PC. Gather all of the required materials. A total of eight runes are needed for a Potential Rune. They can be of any rank, but all must be the same rank… for example, Endurance VII could be used, but it would mean all 7 of the other runes also had to be version VII, and it would create a Potential VII Rune. Open your Arcane Transmutor and verify you have at least the seven charges needed for this combination.
