How Do You Create A PIE CHART Or PIE GRAPH In Microsoft Excel 2007?

0

Sometimes, nothing else will do… you just need a pie chart. If you know these short steps, you’ll find that it’s really quite simple. First of all, you will need data inorder to make the graph. Enter the data into Microsoft Excel 2007. Make sure that the data is in column form. Make sure that there are only two (2) columns of data. Highlight the cells that contain the data the needs to be in the pie chart. This can be done by using either the mouse or the keyboard. To use the mouse, click on the upper left corner of the data then hold down the left mouse button and drag the mouse to the lower right side without releasing the left mouse button. Do not highlight any blank rows or columns as this will leave “holes” in the chart. Click on the INSERT RIBBON Tab. Using the drop down list, choose the style of pie chart that you need. It can either be 2-D or 3-D.
