Obtain moss by scooping it up off of rocks or rotting tree branches or areas near river banks; place it in a plastic bag. You can also obtain moss spores in a local nursery or purchase them online. Propagate your moss by placing the following ingredients in the blender: one cup buttermilk, one cup water and one handful of moss. Blend well until the moss is well-distributed in the liquid. Pour the moss mixture into a container and bring outside. Paint the mixture in three-inch patches on the area where
