How Do You Create A Jeweled Wooden Table?
I had an idea about a year ago to create a table out of wood myself and then decorate it with different jewels. Find a piece of a tree trunk and 4 branches to use as the legs. I had to borrow a chainsaw and drive out to the country where my friend lives and cut a piece of a fallen tree to get the branches and a chunk of the tree trunk. Then cut 4 branches to the same length, they don’t need to be exact, but close. Take the wood and sand down everything. I used a microfiber towel and liquid sander. I took the bark off of the tree trunk with a hammer. Stain everything 2 to 3 times. Wait for the wood to dry between coats. Take the corner brackets and the wood screws and fasten them onto the legs and the bottom part of the trunk. I screwed them on loosely and intertwined the branches to support each other and give it a cool design. After everything is attached and the table can stand up straight, now it is time for the fun part. I used over 200 rocks on mine, but use however many you want
