Microsoft Works has an excellent spreadsheet program built into it, and best of all, this handy program comes standard with many computers. Log on to your computer and launch Microsoft Works. Choose “Programs” and then “Works Spreadsheet.” Choose “Start a New Spreadsheet” from the list. Choose the headings you want to use for the lines in your spreadsheet.
