Google has made it easy to create a free personal website to share content and information with the rest of the world. You can build your free site in a matter of minutes with simple functionality, and all without any knowledge of complicated code. A drawback to creating a personal site on Google is the fact that your URL will have google.com in the middle of it. Go to the Google sites page (see Resources). Enter your email and password that you use to log in to your Google account. Hit the “Sign in” button. Click the large blue “Create site” button. Type in your site name and a description of your site on the next page. Click the check mark if your site will contain mature material.
