If you love gardening, making a floral garden collage is a great hands-on winter activity. Cultivating a paper garden gives you a piece of the color and wonder of your floral garden even in winter. Hang it up next to your desk or your favorite cozy chair to lighten your mood and remind you of the promise of spring. Personalize this project by using pictures of your own garden, or use pictures of a friend’s garden and present this project as a gift. Gather old gardening magazines, seed catalogs or garden photos. Leaf through them and cut out any images you like and want to include in your collage. Chose a piece of paper the size you want your collage to be.
