How Do You Create A Fish Balloon Creature?
Balloon sculpting is a great activity for kids and adults alike, and it can be made as simple or as intricate as you like. Like any talent, balloon sculpting begins with the most simple of shapes, and it can be elaborated upon as your ability grows. A fish balloon creature is one of the most basic balloon animals and is a great way to get started in balloon sculpting. Stretch your long balloon, gently, a few times and then fill it up with air. Be sure to leave 1 to 1 1/2 inches empty at the end of the balloon. Fold the balloon in half, making sure the ends line up together. Firmly grip the loose ends of the balloon and make 1 full 360 degree twist with the loose ends. The twist should begin about 3 1/2 inches from the ends of the balloon and when completed should be straight in line with the rest of the balloon. This twist creates the fish tail.
