Acid works well for small lines and fine details. Place the clear self adhesive vinyl over the top of your black and white design. Place this against a bright window or a light table if one is available. Use the black permanent marker to transfer the design from the paper to the vinyl. Carefully trace the direction and thickness of each line. Make as many copies of your design as necessary to get a clean design to put onto your glass. You may also make multiple copies if you are putting the same design on more than one item. Decide whether you wish the acid to appear in the black or the clear areas of your design.
