Microsoft Outlook Express is a free email program included with several versions of Windows, including Windows XP. A useful feature of Outlook Express is its ability to attach a text-based tag–or a signature file–at the bottom of each message. Having a signature file makes it unnecessary to perform repetitive tasks such as typing your name, email address and phone number each time you send a message.
