How Do You Create A Christmas Letter?
A Christmas newsletter is a personal and heartfelt way of communicating with friends and family at the holidays. It doesn’t need to take a lot of time to prepare and it can even save you money if you are used to buying traditional Christmas cards. Make a list of things that happened throughout the calendar year. Think back on all of the blessings you and your family members have received throughout the year. Think also of the not so great things that happened. Write it all down, big or small. For example, birthdays, special milestones, anniversaries, death of family members or friends, pets, vacations, new home/relocation, new schools, potty training, graduations, promotions at work, sports, home improvements, etc… This is a good time to involve the other members of your family. Ask them what things they would like included in the letter. Decide what you would like to highlight from the list. It’s important to choose a few things for each family member so you can fill at least 2 – 3
