Photoshop Elements is known as the “weaker” version of Photoshop because it contains less tools and power. However, Photoshop Elements is still a useful program for graphic design and the artistic fields. One of the similarities between Photoshop and Photoshop Elements is the ability to create custom brushes from images, photos or symbols.
