How Do You Create A Blog With Dreamweaver?
I used WebStarts to create my culinary blog. Now I want to start a new one. I`ve already picked up a pre-designed template from http://www.webstarts.com/designs and now I create a content.

You can change it however you want but you need to pick out a color or image for the background and create a header.
