How Do You Copy Outlook Calendar & Contacts To Another Computer?
Over the years, Outlook has become your trusted friend and “brain.” Now it’s time to switch to another computer. Fortunately, Outlook keeps all its data in one convenient file. The PST file contains all your email, appointments, contacts, tasks and journal entries. Finding that file can be a challenge, however. To avoid accidental deletion, Microsoft buries the default PST file deep within a hidden sub-directory. Find the PST file and the process of copying your Outlook calendar and contacts to another computer becomes much easier. Open Outlook and click the “Mail” shortcut. Select the root (or top) Outlook folder from the “Mail Folders” view Right-click and select “Properties for…” at the bottom of the menu selections.
