How Do You Copy Downloadable Music Onto A CD?
If you have purchased and downloaded commercially available songs or albums, you might want to copy that music to a CD to listen to it in the car, on your home stereo or on another computer. You can also burn music to a CD to store in a safe place as a back-up file. If an error occurs with your music library or hard disk, you’ll be glad to have another copy of the music saved. Open iTunes. Go to the “File” menu and select “New Playlist” to create a playlist of songs to burn to a CD. Add songs to the playlist by dragging them from your music library and dropping them into the playlist. Insert a blank CD. Select the playlist you want to copy, and click “Burn Disc.” Choose a burn speed and CD format. Format options include Audio CD, MP3 CD and Data CD.
