You can copy a file from a floppy disk or CD and put it on your hard disk, on another floppy disk or on any other storage media you are using. This allows you to transport files from one computer to another. These instructions are for Windows 98 and the Mac. Insert the floppy disk or CD containing the file into the appropriate slot.
