While it might be kind of fun to live on chocolate milkshakes for a couple of days, not only are they not providing enough nutrition but you will get sick of them quickly. Experiment with other things that can be blended. Try blending soup, canned vegetables or mashed potatoes with extra milk and then warm them before drinking. Keeping your meals from getting too repetitive will make it easier to cope. Take a liquid multi vitamin every day. Chances are good that now matter
