Rice is a staple food in most part of Asia. But in the United States, people eat rice only in the restaurant. They do not know how to cook the rice. Pour the 3 cups of white rice into the rice cooker. Wash it with water two times. Let the water drain and then get the measuring cup and add water. For a three cup of uncooked rice, add two cups of water using the same measuring cup for rice. Then turn on the rice cooker and leave it until the rice is cooked.
