How Do You Cook Stuffed Lobster Tails Like An Expert?
I can’t tell you how much I love lobster. Just telling you this gives my mouth a buttery taste. Unfortunately, for many, cooking lobster tails remains a mystery. Sure, it’s great to enjoy a meal out, but when you can cook and entertain on your own, it’s magical. So, let’s tackle this problem. You’ll want to use a dutch oven. Begin by adding two quarts of water to it and toss in a little salt too. Turn on high heat and bring the water to a rolling boil. From here, drop in your lovely lobster tails and wait to see the water boil again. Once it does, cover your dutch oven and drop the heat down to medium. In about 5 minutes check your lobster tails. They should be about down. You’ll want to take them out of the dutch oven to let them cool down. Once cooled enough, grab your best knife and split the tails down the middle. Take out the meat, leaving just the shell, and but it aside. Now take the shell and give it a nice cold water rinse to clean it up. From here, you can put the meat back i
