• Decide how much rice you want to make. • Pour the rice and chicken stock/broth into a pot. • Bring broth and rice to a boil on medium heat. • When it is boiling, bring the rice to medium-low heat. • Place a lid on the pot and keep it tilted to allow steam to escape. • When you can see holes or “craters” in the rice, put the lid on tight. • Turn the heat to low and simmer for another 15 minutes.
