• Cut the beetroot and carrot and boil them till they are cooked well and let them cool, smash the vegetables and add salt according to taste. • Heat oil in a big frying pan and add the sliced onions till it gets golden brown colour. Once the onion get brown add ginger paste, cumin powder and chili powder (optional) and sauté till mixed well. • Now add the smashed vegetables into the pan with onions and spices and mix everything well. • Now turn off the flame and keep the pan aside and let the mixture get cool • Take chopped peanuts and fry them in very little oil in separate pan. • Add the fried peanuts to the smashed vegetable and cooked onion mixture. • Make balls out of this mixture ( the ball size can be according to your choice) • Now mix the white flour with some water and make a fine batter. • Now dip each of the vegetable balls in the batter and after dipping the balls in batter, coat each ball with the bread crumbs and place onto a plate • Repeat the process for all the balls
