How Do You Cook Fried Plantains?
This is a very easy recipe and tasty too. If you are on Weight Watchers 1 Cup of Fried Plantains = 4 Value Points. Peel a ripe plantain and slice about 3/4″ thick. Heat oil in fry pan over medium heat, use no more than one inch of oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Remove from fry pan to drain on paper towel. Enjoy the plantains while they are hot.
