In a big sauce pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil then sauté the minced garlic and onions. Add the 1/2 kilo pork and/or chicken to the pan. Add 2 cups of water, 1/4 cup of soy sauce and 1/4 cup of pineapple juice. Put 5 pcs of bay leaves, pepper and (bite size potatoes if desired).Bring to boil and simmer. Serve hot with plain rice.
