They want it without the strong smell of vinegar and so the perfect way to do it is with the use of PINEAPPLE juice, Let’s go ahead and try the Filipino adobo with pineapple juice and see the mouth-watering and tasty Filipino adobo! In a big sauce pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil then sauté the minced garlic and onions. Add the 1/2 kilo pork and/or chicken to the pan. Add 2 cups of water, 1/4 cup of soy sauce and 1/4 cup of pineapple juice. Put 5 pcs of bay leaves, pepper and (bite size potatoes if desired).Bring to boil and simmer. Serve hot with plain rice.
