How Do You Cook Easiest Pinto Bean Casserole?
My family loves this casserole on a cold day. It’s quick, easy and quite tasty. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain 2 cans of pinto beans. (Melt block of cream cheese in microwave until soft.) Mix sour cream, cream cheese and pinto beans in casserole dish. Mix cornbread per the instructions on the box. Pour on top of the pinto bean mixture. Place in oven for approximately 30 minutes. The cornbread is going to be a little soft but – it’s so good.
