• Heat the ghee in a heavy-based pan. Add finely sliced onions and cook them until they turn clear. • Cut the garlic finely. Add to the cooking onion. • Cut the cabbage in half. Remove the core of the cabbage and slice the leaves finely. • Add the sliced cabbage to the pan. Add the salt, paprika and a little water if necessary. • Cook on medium heat for 10–15 minutes. Serve in a single container with serving utensils.
