Chinese crispy beef or some call it Beijing Beef with a taste like the Chinese cruise ship dinner. When oil is hot, start adding the meat. Don’t over fill the Wok. Leave enough room to move the meat slices around. When meat turns gold, remove from Wok and put aside to drain. Pour oil out of wok leaving just enough to fry Garlic. Stir slowly, adding the fried meat, all cut vegetables, Soy Sauce, and sugar, stir for a minute. Put on serving tray.
