How Do You Cook Beef And Veggie Stir Fry?
Every once in a while I get a craving for oriental food and I just don’t want to deal with the process of going to the local buffet or order take out. I often want a less greasy version of the foods I love. When this happens, I pull this great recipe off of the shelf and get to cooking. Give it a try! Trim the steak and cut it into thin slices. In a small bowl mix the beef broth, cornstarch, and soy sauce. In a large skillet or wok, heat the 2 tablespoons of the olive oil and stir fry the beef and garlic until the beef is browned. Remove the meat and add the last tablespoon of olive oil, the green onions, broccoli, and mushrooms. Stir fry this for one minute then add the bamboo and fry another minute. Return the steak to the pan and add the broth mixture. Continue frying for one to two minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
