Kale is my favorite vegetable to make. It is so easy and delicous! You almost forget how healthy it is for you! Kale has one of the highest antioxidant ratings of all vegetables, which means it is good for keeping your skin clear and wrinkle free, and for keeping you healthy and feeling young (helps fight cancer)! Enjoy! Chop up the garlic into little pieces with a knife or by using a Garlic Press (my personal favorite). Coat a sauteeing pan or big pot with olive oil and add the chopped up garlic. Then add the washed, broken up pieces Kale, a little at a time. Sautee for like 6 minutes using a spatula. Then COVER the kale and steam for about 3 minutes. While steaming, toast some pinenuts in the toaster. Take cover off and add the hot pinenuts. Serve right away and garnish with some sea salt. Delicous!
