I love Crock Pot cooking! Nothing is better than getting all of the work out of the way early, then enjoying the yummy smell of dinner cooking throughout the day. Likewise, on days when I won’t be home, it’s great to know that I’ll be coming home to a hot, home-cooked dinner. This Sweet Middle Eastern Chicken recipe is one of my favorites for the Crock Pot Slow Cooker. It takes just minutes to put together and fills the house with such a yummy smell. It’s very adaptable, and can be changed to suit your preferences. Peel onion, halve and cut into slices. Arrange the onion slices into an even layer in the bottom of the crock pot. Pour vinegar over onions. Remove giblets from chicken & discard. Rinse the chicken, then place the chicken, breast side up, on top of the onions in the crock pot slow cooker.
