How Do You Convert The Simplicity Crib To Toddler Bed?
The Simplicity crib offers parents a way to save money. The crib’s mattress can be raised and lowered for newborns and older babies. For toddlers, it can become a toddler bed and finally, it can be used as the head and foot boards for a full-size bed. Turning the crib into a toddler bed is simple. Teaching your toddler to stay in his new bed all night is the hard part. Remove the front panel of the Simplicity crib. Use the Allen wrench provided with the crib (you should have stored the wrench and extra bolts in the pouch under the crib when you first assembled the crib). There are two 45mm bolts on each side of the front panel. Check the mattress support. It needs to be in the lowest position available, which will allow the toddler to get in and out of bed easily. It is also the only position that will make the rails line up properly with the pre-drilled bolt holes. To lower the mattress, unscrew the four bolts from the four corners of the mattress support and slide the support down. T
