How do you convert the líllébaby EveryWear carrier shoulder straps for the hip carry position?

Unbuckle the shoulder straps. Either remove one shoulder pad or slide it down the strap because only one shoulder pad is needed for the hip carry position. Leave the shoulder pad located on the strap that will run across your back. Buckle the two top shoulder straps to each other, leaving the lower part of the straps and buckles loose. Slip the excess buckles/straps into the winged side pockets. Shorten the front part of the strap as far as possible, and lengthen the back side. The buckles should be on your front to allow you to adjust straps when the child is in the carrier. Slip the excess shoulder strapping into the winged side pockets. Center the shoulder pad to comfortably fit on your shoulder by sliding it on the strap. Now your EveryWear is ready to be used as a hip carrier.
