How do you convert Tatting, Board Lacing and Knitting patterns into Crochet patterns?
Do not bother, the results will not look alike. It might be possible to copy tatting patterns into crochet work, but you need to know both kinds of work well to even start doing it. Better look for crochet patterns that are made for crochet and they will be much better. There is such a wide range in crochet patterns that there is no need to convert other patterns. If you want to copy a piece of lace you have, trial and error is the only way, but you will need to be good at crochet and know all the little tricks before even attempting it.
