How Do You Convert Slides Into Digital Images?
Before digital cameras were invented, some pictures were kept on slides that stored photos as negative images. Showing the slides required a projector, which throws light through the slide to display the image on a flat wall or projector screen. Digital imaging has made slides largely obsolete, but you can still take those slides and save onto a computer with a few simple steps. Take the slide scanner and plug it into your computer. If you have to install a certain program, follow all prompts until the program has been installed. Go to “accessories” on the program list and click on “scanner and camera image upload.” Make sure the program screen opens up.
